- A deposit payment to Go Heli Services is required 30 days in advance to make the helicopter flight booking. The deposit amount is based on the tour type.
- A passenger must send a photocopy of their passport and 25% of the total cost (including advance payments) to the company.
- Go Heli Services accepts money transfers and other convenient payment methods; however, passengers must meet transaction charges.
- Go Heli Services will only make a flight booking after receiving the photocopy of the passport and advance deposit payment.
- The balance payment must be made before the scheduled departure date. A failure to make the full payment on time automatically cancels the flight booking.
- Last-minute flight bookings are acceptable 15 days before the scheduled departure date.
- A passenger must have a travel insurance policy that covers medical and flight-related incidents. The insurance premium can be included in the total helicopter booking payment.
- When a passenger cancels a flight booking in writing via email or letter, Go Heli Services cancels the trip. After cancellation, 25% of the advance payment is non-refundable.
