Go Heli Services Pvt Ltd. wishes to welcome you and thanks you for booking a helicopter tour with us. By making an appointment for a helicopter tour, you agree to be bound by the policies stated in these terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice. Go Heli Services wants its customers to have a great time on their tours and strongly encourages you to read all of the following guidelines carefully.
Booking and Deposit Policy
1- 20% deposit of your tour cost must be paid at the time of booking your helicopter tours with us to reserve your tour
2- A photocopy of a valid Passport or Government photo identification must be presented at the time of booking.
3- The remaining balance of your helicopter tour must be paid prior to the start of your helicopter tour in Nepal. If you fail to pay the remaining balance of your helicopter tour cost before the start of your tour, your booking will be under Automatic Cancellation.
4- Helicopter Tour Bookings are subject to seat availability
Payment Methods
1- Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card or other Secure Methods.
2- All payments must be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) or in other currencies if Go Heli Services approves of the payment method being used.
Reservations Made Soon After Your Trip
→ Reservations will be accepted until 15 days before your planned helicopter trip.
→ Please note that Go Heli Services can deny your last minute reservation if we cannot handle your request due to lack of space.
Travel Coverage
→ All helicopter trip visitors MUST have travel coverage.
→ If you've already got travel protection, your travel coverage will already be put in your complete trip.
→ Go Heli Services will not cover any medical costs or personal injury sustained by our guests while on their trip unless a valid insurance document is given.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
* Cancellation must be done in writing via email or physical letter only.
* The trip will be considered officially cancelled when we have received a cancellation notice from the customer.
* The customer will not receive a refund for 20% of the down payment for administrative fees.
Company Cancellations
* Go Heli Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tours for any reason, including but not limited to, weather conditions, safety concerns or operational circumstances.
* In the event the company cancels a tour, the customer will receive a full refund of the down payment or have the option to reschedule.
Safety & Responsibility
→ All passengers must comply with pilot instructions, as well as their briefing, prior to boarding the helicopter.
→ Go Heli follows strict aviation safety regulations as they perform regular maintenance, hire licensed pilots and follow all applicable aviation regulations.
→ Customers shall inform Go Heli of any medical, physical impairment such as pregnancy or other conditions when making a booking with them.
→ Go Heli accepts no responsibility for my injury or death caused by your failure to follow the safety instructions, or by my not advising the company of my medical conditions.
Luggage/Property
→ Each passenger is limited to a certain weight for luggage purposes, excess will either be refused or charged for.
→ Go Heli will not accept responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen items that I may have had with me while on tour.
Flight Delays
→ Go Heli Services policy that if flights are delayed by some weather or other conditions, will provide further information about how to obtain a refund.
→ Customers are advised that Go Heli is not liable for any extra costs incurred because of flight delays.
→ Go Heli reserves the right to change or postpone my flight in the case of force majeure, with no liability to me.
Refunds
→ If the flight is cancelled by the customer after advance payment, refunds will depend on the cancellation policy.
→ If the flight is cancelled by Go Heli, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Liability
→ As a facilitator of helicopter tours, Go Heli is committed to passenger safety.
→ Customers understand that helicopter travel includes certain risks.
→ Go Heli does not accept liability for loss, injury, or death that results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Health and Fitness
→ All passengers must be fit to fly.
→ Children under a certain age or passengers with medical conditions may require special approval.
→ Passengers are responsible for informing the company of any health concerns before booking.
Photography and Media
→ Passengers are allowed to take photos and videos during the flight unless prohibited for safety reasons.
→ Go Heli Services may use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
→ These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
→ Any disputes arising from bookings, cancellations, or services will be resolved through negotiation or legal means in Nepal.
